Monthly Goals – Writing:
~Write One Weekend Notes Article per month
~Write One Recipe Yum Article per month

I only had one Weekend Notes Article to write and I would have nailed it *sigh*. It’ll just have to count towards April instead.

I didn’t write any Recipe Yum articles this quarter. It’s getting kind of frustrating, Baking is something that was once super easy for me to do, and now I just have no motivation at all. I wanted to get this Vanilla Bean Shortbread recipe done by the end of March, it looked simple and easy which was why I chose it, but that didn’t happen *sigh*. Hopefully, I’ll get my ANZAC biscuit recipe done by the end of the first week of April, but given my track record, I very much doubt that will happen.

~Write a minimal 4 x Blog Posts per month
I somehow managed to do this, it’s the one consistent thing I somehow managed to do, although I do consider this goal a low bar for me to reach. While I’m sure we all have different abilities, I just hate how uncooperative my brain is lately.

~Film, Edit and publish 4 x Vlog Posts per month
I managed to make a small amount of video-footage this month. I’ve filmed a Bullet Journal video and I was hoping to get it up by the end of the month, but I ran out of time. It’s about 15 minutes long at this stage, so I’m going to have to do some editing, I’d like to get it down to 10 minutes (if possible) before uploading.

Monthly Goals – Reading:
~Read and Review two books per month
Book Review: Saga – Volume Eight by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples
Book Review: Foreign Soil by Maxine Beneba Clarke

I wanted to get more books read and reviewed this month but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I would have read and reviewed Ready Player One as well this month (just as a warning, my review for this book and movie is going to be super long), but I’ve decided to wait until I see the movie and add my “Book vs Movie” component to it. Yet again, I feel this is a very low bar I’m setting for myself, and yet I’ve just managed to scrape through.

The fact that I’m only reviewing two books a month maximum is one of the reasons I hesitate to call myself a book-blogger, however, as a reader I have a tendency to read a small amount from a large collection of books, which sometimes results in me finishing a bunch of books at once. Hopefully, April will be one of those months.

~Read at least one chapter every day
I did a lot better on this front in comparison to February and January, my Habit Tracker has been very useful for me in this regard. I’ve also started using a Bujo page design I like to call “Quarterly Booklist – Reading Progress Bar”. Every time I get to a certain percentage/page number, I get to colour in a section of the reading progress bar, if you’re interested in how to use a Bullet Journal to improve your reading, here’s a link

Personal Goals to Complete by the end of The Quarter:
~DnD: Read The Player’s Handbook and Revenge of The Giants
~DnD: Design two Character Profiles
~DnD: Find a local place to play DnD

Yeah, I didn’t get any of these goals done, it’s disappointing but it probably for the best. My brain is struggling with focus and motivation towards what I’ve got to deal with right now, adding something like this into the mix probably wouldn’t work out.
