I was looking into Mermaid Sequin items to use as gifts, it turns out that quite a few members of my family really like mermaid sequin stuff, so I decided I’d get a few of these as a test. I like the range of colours the seller has available. The seller has two different shades of pink and I’m tempted to get the rose-pink one as well.
What I like about this item is that both sides of the purse can be used for stimming, I love flipping the sequins back and forth, however, I also enjoy rubbing my hands across the fuzzy side of the purse. With these types of items, it does depend on what size you’re interested in, these purses are rather small, so they’re great for stealth purposes, you could easily fit one in a purse or front-pocket of a backpack.
Most of the coin purses I ordered came with a ball-chain attached to it, so you can easily attach this to other items, however, I’ve found that ball-chains aren’t the most secure, so I’d recommend key-rings instead. The purple purse came with a key-ring attached instead, I don’t know why the purple one is different, but it doesn’t really matter.
Due to the small size of these items, I doubt they would tolerate the heavy weight of many coins inside, however, I am fairly certain I could fit a single Tangle Jr inside. If you’re after a Mermaid Sequin purse/pouch that can hold a few more items, I’d probably recommend the Kmart Small Sequin Purse instead.
All in all, I’m happy with my purchase, especially with the quick delivery service, and I’m happy to recommend to others.
