Transcription – Quarterly Goals: January – March 2019

Video Description:
It’s a video of myself (from the waist upward) against a beige wall in my kitchen, I spend the majority of the video talking about goals, my personal goals for the January – March Quarter, my progress on said goals, and my thoughts and feelings about the subject. I do make direct eye-contact with the camera most of the time. There’s no background music added to the video.

Unfortunately, the video quality is pretty shithouse, and it was only until I uploaded the captions and watched the video (on YouTube) the whole way through that I noticed. So, sorry about that, but I am not taking the video down. I’ll make sure to check the video settings before I film next time.

I may sound like I’m babbling in certain places of the video, this is because I probably am babbling, I blame the fact that it was super hot in my kitchen, and this was like the fifth attempt I had made to make this video. It doesn’t help that I recorded this video in the evening and, normally by the end of the day, I am always super tired (yay! so much fun).

Captions: I have included captions for this video, it was a painful process, however, I managed to get it done. Mental note: use the audio recorder in conjunction with the film recorder next time, hopefully, that will create clearer audio, and thus easier to understand captions.

  1. […] Film, Edit, Publish 1 Video to YouTube – Goal Accomplished: I managed to do this, although it did take up a large chunk of my monthly time resources. It’s kind of frustrating how difficult Trint is to use at this stage, however, subtitle/captions are super important to me, I want my videos to have subtitle/captions. I use subtitle/captions for the vast majority of my media consumption if they are available and often subtitles are not available for viewers. YouTube and Media need to improve on making this a more accessible feature for video makers. […]
